Company Profile
Haxtun Telephone Company, established in 1900, started out as a two-line system in the home of Abner Fleming which was located northeast of the City of Haxtun. Through the years ownership has changed, but not the drive to provide quality service to our rural areas.
Today, Haxtun Telephone serves over 1600 access lines across 5 counties in northeastern Colorado. The commercial and plant offices are located in Crook, Fleming, and Haxtun, Colorado. Haxtun Telephone Company serves a rural economic base centered on agriculture.
The city of Haxtun, an agricultural area located in the High Plains of Northeastern Colorado, is known for its corn, wheat, and cattle.
